The Physiotherapy Clinic offers General, Pregnancy and Post Natal Physio Pilates Classes. All Physio Pilates classes are taught by Physiotherapists to ensure a high standard of instruction, supervision and an understanding of the pathophysiology of lumbopelvic pain. Read more.
