I am definitely a “glass half full” woman! Life is too short not to enjoy any new, exciting and different opportunities that come my way now that I am 60!
I have lived most of my life on rural farms in Outback QLD, Western NSW & the Upper Hunter Valley. However since 2002 I have lived in Sydney. This very different experience is one that I continue to embrace as there are so many things to do, see and be involved with in this wonderful international city.
I have 3 wonderful adult children and a new daughter-in-law who are an absolute joy to me. And now I have also been blessed with my first grand-child with whom I am totally besotted!
I love being with my family, I love catching up with friends (especially my close girl-friends), I love the outdoors, walking, snow skiing holidays, the beach, gardening, picnics and more. I also love a good movie and an outing to the theatre or art gallery. Yoga and Pilates are very much part of my life now too. And I do love a visit to any of the fabulous cafes & restaurants here in Sydney and regional centres.
I am passionate about good-health, well-being, mind-fullness and early intervention for any issues & concerns. I also have a strong sense of community and always try to be involved with charity & voluntary work.
My admin work at The Physiotherapy Clinic is something I thoroughly enjoy. We have a wonderful work-place and lovely patients.
A Fun Fact: I love shoes….maybe a little too much. I currently have over 90 pairs, but I assure you I still wear every last one!
