The ankle can often become a problem.  In what way?  Well the muscles that help to move and control your ankle can commonly become overloaded and you can end up with things like Achilles tendinopathy and Tibialis Posterior tendinopathy (and more).  If you’ve injured your ankle in the past with a sprain or a break (especially if it wasn’t rehabilitated properly!) then it can also be an ongoing source of pain.  Other areas of your body especially you knee, hip and pelvis can be contributing to your ongoing ankle problem and conversely your ankle can affect other areas of your body as well.  Luckily, no matter what is going on we can help you!
